Facebook Pixel Plus for PrestaShop

Facebook Pixel Plus connects your PrestaShop store to Meta's advertising platform by firing the right events at the right moments — both from the browser (Pixel) and from your server (Conversions API). The dual-channel approach means your purchase data reaches Meta even when browser ad blockers or iOS privacy restrictions would otherwise block it.

What You Can Do

  • Track all standard Meta events automatically: ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase, and more
  • Send events server-side via the Conversions API (CAPI) for higher match quality and ad blocker bypass
  • Use Advanced Matching to enrich events with hashed customer data (email, phone, name) for better attribution
  • Sync your product catalog with Facebook and Instagram for dynamic ads and Shopping campaigns
  • Configure GDPR consent gating so events only fire after the customer accepts cookies
  • Debug event delivery with built-in logging and integration with the Facebook Pixel Helper

Getting Started

  1. Go to Modules > Module Manager, find Facebook Pixel Plus, and click Configure
  2. Add your Pixel ID — follow the Pixel ID Configuration guide
  3. (Recommended) Set up Conversions API with your Meta access token for server-side tracking
  4. Review which events are tracked and adjust any event settings for your store
  5. Test your setup using the event testing guide
